Bill Shipton, born Clive Harris in 1955, was an early Wet and Messy enthusiast and the community owes much to him.
He started publishing Splosh magazine in 1989. While his heirs did not carry on the magazine after Bill's death on 5th July, 2013, old issues can sometimes be had. A twitter feed, Flickr page, and a YouTube video are still available. Bill did much to popularize WAM.
